Prores is a comprehensive brokerage system that has been designed to enable a brokerage company to manage the links with both clients and suppliers. The system will negotiate prices with each party, match up clients and suppliers accordingly, and track your profit per rental. Reservations requests are received from clients and passed directly onto the vehicle suppliers. Prores will invoice each client and expect to receive purchase invoices from the suppliers. Prores allows your clients to fully manage their reservations thanks to its web presence. They can log their requirements and even request extensions online which are immediately reflected in the Prores system. Pre-negotiated tariffs can be set up with each supplier and account client. All sales and purchase invoices are posted to the brokers accounts system. |
