As we all start to deal with the challenges posed by the COVID-19 virus, I wanted to assure you that Prohire Software remains fully operational and committed to delivering excellent levels of service and support for our customers.
Our systems are extremely resilient and monitored continuously, so we will continue to provide uninterupted service for our customers during this difficult time.
To ensure the welfare of both staff and clients, we have already implemented full remote working and ceased all non-essential travel both to client meetings and our own offices. As a result, our teams remain on hand to support your business and you can get in touch using our normal contact details.
It is impossible to know exactly how things will develop in respect of COVID-19 over the coming weeks and months, but we will remain responsive and take the steps necessary to ensure the safety of our staff and minimise disruption for our customers.
It is certainly our intention to continue with business as normal, but we will require a little flexibility as we adjust to the developing situation.
