We’re making some exciting changes to how the billing screens work in Prohire. It’s one of our biggest updates to date and brings a significant number of new features and capabilities to your Prohire system.

The new billing screen will allow users to:

• Create, view and edit a billing schedule
• Create billing schedules for contract hire agreements
• Accept an invoice upfront
• Edit or take payment for a first bill before accepting it
• Add extra charges to invoices from the billing schedule
• View every item charged to a booking from the summary tab.
