Don’t forget to tell your customers that they can book online. Why not create a sponsored Facebook post telling people about your new-look, easy to use booking process? How about a mailshot to your existing customers encouraging them to book online?
By adding a booking button to your Facebook page, you can ensure that your booking process is easily accessible, wherever and whenever your customers choose to engage with you.
