Looking at ... Prohire's Business Performance Report

In this blog we are going to be looking at the Business Performance report. This report allows you to view how your vehicles have performed over a specified period and the revenue they have earned from the rentals. The report also breaks down the vehicles according to their group and the site they were located at during the specified reporting period.

The diagram above gives you a feel for how the report will appear when you run the report for given date range.

The first column lists all the vehicles that you had on fleet at your location during the reporting period.

The next couple of columns tell you the number of days that vehicle was at your site for and then the number of days the vehicle was out on rent for.

If the vehicle had been off the road for any length of time then you will be able to see this in the fourth column.

Then the fifth column will tell you your utilisation percentage for the period specified.

The next column tells you how much revenue your vehicle has earned from rental agreements while your vehicle was out on hire. This revenue is based on the net total of the booking.

The seventh column on the report then provides you with an average rate per day that the vehicle was earning while it was out on hire.

The next column displays provides you with information on the average fleet size during the period you have selected.

If you have cross hired any vehicles then the final column of the report you will the report the number of days this vehicle was on your fleet for.
