Need to extend an on-hire booking?


From time to time you have probably found that whilst a customer hires a vehicle from you for 7 days, they then call you on the 6th day and asked to extend the booking further.

To save time closing the booking down and reopening and going through all the hassle to add a few extra days. You can do this in the booking screen of Prohire.

All you need to do is open the booking and at the bottom of the screen you'll find a Change Check In button.



By clicking this it will prompt you to select a new date and the reason for the extension. This can be a great tool if you have long term hires that are extended every other month. This is ideal for; keeping records of who extends the booking, any references that might have been quoted to you, or if you are using interim bills.
