New customer enquiry feature added to Proweb

Rental companies will soon have the option to receive, manage and respond to customer enquiries within Proweb.

The new feature will work alongside the existing online booking process, allowing customers to submit vehicle specific enquiries before placing a booking. 

The feature is optional and can be enabled or disabled for specific vehicle groups.

The new feature is one of several enhancements being released as part of the latest Prohire update due out week ending 18th January 2019. 

The new functionality will become available once the update is complete.

What is Proweb?

Proweb allows rental companies to receive online bookings via their existing website and it’s packed with new features, designed to maximise online business.

The system is also fully integrated, so bookings placed online appear automatically in Prohire.
