Prohire Training: What to Expect



So you have been installed with Prohire, what happens next? We will arrange a series of 1 hour training session that will cover all aspects of Prohire so that you can get up & running as quickly as possible.


The first of three sessions is what we call “head office” training.  This course involves the setup of Prohire e.g. tariffs, groups, vehicles and other options that may be relevant to your business.


The second session is the “front desk operator” training course.  This course takes you through how to use Prohire, for example take bookings, check out & check in bookings, extend bookings, how to use the allocation chart, daily diary & various other day to day functions.


Once this has been completed we leave you with Prohire in ‘training mode’ so that you can practice everything that has been covered -- and for you to have a play and get a bit more familiar with the system.


On the third and final session we will go over what was covered in the second session and answer any questions you may have & resolve any issues you may have come across when practising.  This session will also cover some of the more advance features of Prohire like scheduled invoicing, security, posting invoices/payments to accounts (Sage for example), ProWeb setup etc.


You may not need to cover the third session; this is dependent on your specific business requirements. However our main goal with the training is always to make the transition to Prohire as smooth as possible, ensuring that we're with you every step of the way.
