If you have ever checked out a booking to a client that has gone over their credit agreement with you, it can cause problems. This is where Prohire's ‘enforce credit management’ can be used to avert such mistakes.



By simply checking a tick box & entering the client’s credit limit & balance you will be warned about the client going over their agreed credit limit with you if you try to create and/or check out a booking.

If you have Sage account, why not automate this process?!

When your Prohire system is linked to Sage accounts, you can import account balances & credit limits straight into Prohire - ensuring that mistakes such as the above do not happen.

Coupled with that when you close an account in Sage - that closed/stop flag is imported into Prohire which places the account ON STOP in Prohire, again averting any issues.
