We’re delighted to announce that Ruth Wiseman has re-joined Prohire in a brand-new role dedicated to customer service.
Long-standing customers may remember Ruth from her time in the Prohire Finance Team, but in her new role, she’ll be focusing on customer service, providing a single point of contact for users with queries, questions or concerns.
Ruth will be on hand to assist customers with everything from arranging additional training and resolving general queries to providing additional information and supporting users when getting started with new products and services.
Both new and existing customers will benefit from the new role which has been created to drive and support high levels of customer service across all areas of the business.
Prohire Managing Director, Paul Newman said:

As well as supporting users with day to day questions and queries, Ruth will also be gathering and responding to customer feedback, liaising with the relevant Prohire teams to improve customer service levels in the future.
