Want to highlight certain dates in Prohire?

Want to highlight certain dates in Prohire?

Ever wanted to mark certain special days, such as bank holidays, on the Allocation chart?

Did you know there's an easy way to do this?

From the front screen of Prohire, go to Tools --> Setup --> System Setup --> Special Dates --> Click on 'New'

This section allows you to create custom colour bands on the allocation chart; you could use these bands to show Bank Holidays or even special billing periods. These special dates can also be linked to special Grace Days.

Click on New to create a new special date, or Delete to delete an existing special date.

Date: Select the date you wish to define as a special date.

Category: Type in the name you would like to give this special date, e.g. Bank Holiday etc.

Colour: Select the colour you wish the special date to appear on the allocation chart as.

Having added in all the required special dates click on Save to confirm all the changes.

It's as simple as that! If you have any questions on this issue, don't hesitate to contact the helpdesk team on 01795 434000 (option 3)
