  • Tracker
    • New Tracker Portal invite button added to the client screen. Rental companies can use this button to provide customers with access to real-time tracking information for vehicles currently on hire. Information includes hired fleet, current vehicle locations, historic trips and enabled alerts for events such as speeding or harsh braking. Find out more
    • Bookings on the Allocation Chart now include a red border if the vehicle is going to exceed the 'Expected Mileage' value for booking.
    • Booking/Rental screen displays mileage covered during booking life and an estimated end mileage total. This estimated end mileage is calculated using the pro-rated mileage per day since check-out and an estimated mileage for the remainder of the booking.

  • Proweb
    • 3D Secure enabled to support new regulations for authenticating online payments. The expectation will be for all e-commerce transactions to be processed via secured industry protocols such as 3D Secure. As a result, rental customers are now presented with a new security popup/page when initial payment is taken online.
  • Rate Card
    • Users now have a centralised place to configure group settings, i.e. adjusting insurance excess figures and enabling/disabling groups.
    • Following the creation of an item against a single group, users can now copy those rates and settings to all other groups within the same vehicle category.
    • Times now shown against effective dates when multiple rate cards are published on the same day.
    • Ability to link to the Quote screen from the Rate Card List screen.
  • Rate Card Rules
    • Ability to create a rule that increases or decreases the insurance excess by a specified amount.
    • Ability to copy an existing rule within the rate card.
    • Improvements to the way the system handles rules that have been created and then amended at a later date.
    • Ability to combine 'item percentage adjustment' rules.
    • The system currently applies the rule that has the highest absolute value by default. This can now be changed if you need a rule to always apply its adjustment figure.
    • Users can now view rules that have executed and disable them if required.
  • Payments
    • When processing a refund against a Gateway payment, users now have the ability to perform a 'Terminal Refund' if the refund was completed via the Gateway provider's web interface.
    • The maximum payment amount that can be entered has been restricted to 7 characters.
  • Tracker
    • Improvements to the Fleet View screen. Driving vehicles are now shown on the map along with vehicle registration numbers.
    • Tracker serial number now displayed to the user on the tracker device screen.
    • History of tracker usage now displayed to the user on the device setup screen.
    • Ability to record additional information when assigning a tracker to a vehicle.
  • POL
    • Availability and Quote screens updated to include new date & time pickers.

    • Ability for users to create their own Meet & Greet locations for use with Proweb. These locations link to a physical location for availability purposes but contain specific operating hours, booking questions and rate cards. When bookings created against these Meet & Greet locations arrive in Prohire, they use the rental agreement, and invoice number ranges assigned to the physical location. Meet & Greet location address information is recorded in the booking delivery and collection fields.
    • Ability for users to add a web link of their choice to the company logo at the top of the booking screen.
    • Booking questions improved allowing single select, multi-select and plain text questions to be created.
