Over the past few months, the ProhireOne Roadshows have travelled the length and breadth of the UK, bringing together partners and industry professionals for one of our biggest and most successful event series to date.
From Watford to Edinburgh, we met customers face-to-face, shared ideas, demonstrated the future of ProhireOne, and discussed the challenges and opportunities shaping the rental and fleet industry today.
Where We Went:

Across every location, one thing stood out above all else: the energy, engagement, and collaboration from our customers.
Thank You
Firstly, thank you to everyone who attended the Prohire Roadshows this year.
Whether you joined us for live demonstrations, industry discussions, networking opportunities, or simply to learn more about where Prohire is heading, your support helped make every event a success.
Importantly, these roadshows were never intended to be “just another software presentation.” Instead, they were designed to bring people together, share experiences, exchange ideas, and explore practical ways to improve operations in an increasingly demanding market.
One of the standout moments came during our Stansted event. A long-standing partner arrived with one of the very first Prohire manuals, dating back over 30 years. Seeing it alongside modern ProhireOne demonstrations perfectly captured the journey we’ve taken together as a business and as an industry.
It was a powerful reminder that while technology continues to evolve, strong partnerships remain at the heart of everything we do.

What We Covered
Each roadshow included live demonstrations, open discussions, and practical insights into the future of rental software and fleet management.
Across every city, partners openly discussed real-world pressures facing the industry today, including rising operating costs, changing customer expectations, compliance demands, and the growing need for digital-first processes.
As a result, the roadshows became a space where partners could learn from one another, share experiences, and explore practical solutions together.

The Journey to ProhireOne
A major focus throughout the series was the journey to ProhireOne, formerly known as ProhireCloud.
Five years ago, we faced a key decision: simply move our legacy desktop system into the cloud, or step back and completely rethink what rental software should look like for the modern industry.
We chose the second option.
Rather than applying a “fresh coat of paint” to legacy technology, we built an entirely new platform from the ground up, designed to evolve with our customers rather than restrict them.
Although this required time, investment, and patience, it has enabled us to create a flexible, scalable platform built for the future of rental and fleet operations.
Today, ProhireOne is live, growing rapidly, and already supporting thousands of vehicles across multiple partners.

What Is ProhireOne?
ProhireOne is our next-generation rental and fleet management platform, designed to bring all parts of your operation together into a single connected system.
Built using our “Business Lego” approach, ProhireOne gives customers the flexibility to configure the platform around their own processes and workflows.
Instead of disconnected systems, spreadsheets, and multiple third-party applications, ProhireOne delivers a fully integrated experience across business operations.
The platform is designed to scale alongside our customers, adapting as businesses grow, diversify, and evolve.

Why We Built It
The rental industry has changed significantly over the years.
Today, businesses are managing larger fleets, multiple branches, stricter compliance requirements, and customers who expect fast, seamless digital experiences.
At the same time, many organisations still rely on disconnected systems and manual processes that create inefficiencies, duplication, and unnecessary complexity.
We knew there had to be a better way.
ProhireOne was built to help customers:
- Streamline operations
- Reduce manual administration
- Improve visibility and control
- Adapt faster to industry change
- Scale with confidence
- Future-proof their businesses
Most importantly, it was built to provide flexibility, software that adapts to the business, not the other way around.
What Our Clients Said
Feedback throughout the roadshow series was overwhelmingly positive, with customers highlighting both the practical value of the sessions and the opportunity to connect with fellow Prohire partners.
“I’m glad I attended today’s roadshow. I got exactly what I needed, all my questions were answered, and I’m very happy with the outcome.”
— Nicky Mason, Zoo Cars
“The roadshow was both insightful and engaging, a must-attend for anyone working with Prohire. Great to connect with the team and fellow partners, and yes… the sandwiches were a nice bonus!”
— John Fiorentino, Currie Motors

Looking Ahead
While the Prohire Roadshows 2026 have officially wrapped up, the momentum continues.
The conversations, ideas, and feedback gathered throughout the tour are already helping shape the future of ProhireOne and the next stage of our journey.
Most importantly, the roadshows reinforced something we’ve always believed: the best solutions are built through collaboration.
To everyone who joined us across Watford, Bournemouth, Stansted, Leeds, Manchester, Walsall, Bristol, Swindon, Kent, and Edinburgh, thank you for being part of the journey. We’re excited for what comes next.
