Operating under The Falkland Islands Company Ltd, the oldest business in the region, Falklands 4×4 has been evolving since 1851. What began as garage services and spare parts has grown into a full automotive operation, including vehicle sales and rentals. As a result, the setup of client records, accounts, vehicle data, invoicing, and rate cards was very straightforward.”

“As with any system change, there was an initial adjustment period. However, the transition largely met expectations, and the system has operated smoothly following the initial setup.”

Reviewing the full library in advance allowed a clear understanding of the system’s capabilities and differences from V5, which supported effective in-house training. The modular format of the videos is useful for revisiting specific functions.”
