Connect 25 – January
The start of the year brought Connect 25, hosted by URG. It was fantastic to catch up with familiar faces, meet new contacts, and have meaningful conversations that reinforced the importance of collaboration across the industry.
BVRLA Dinner – March
In March, we attended the BVRLA Dinner — a marvellous night as always. It was a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with industry leaders, celebrate achievements, and strengthen relationships across the vehicle rental sector.
CV Show – April
April saw us showcasing Prohire at the CV Show, demonstrating ProhireCloud to both existing clients and prospective customers. The event offered valuable insight into evolving client needs and highlighted how our solutions continue to support operational efficiency and growth.
Fleet & Mobility Live – October
We kicked off the year at Fleet & Mobility Live in October. As a first-time event for Prohire, it was an exciting opportunity to introduce ProhireCloud to new audiences. The turnout was excellent, and visitors got a firsthand look at how our cloud-based solution is shaping the future of fleet management.
BVRLA Industry Outlook Conference – December
We rounded off the year at the BVRLA Industry Outlook Conference in December. Having attended for several years, we decided to take the next step and exhibit, showcasing the powerful capabilities of ProhireCloud. It was a fitting way to close out the year, engaging in forward-looking discussions about the future of fleet and rental management.

This year, we issued 2,500 new trackers, helping clients gain enhanced fleet visibility, improve safety, and optimise operations.
Risk Database Growth – Now Over 20,000 Names
Our risk database continues to grow, now containing over 20,000 names. This enables clients to make informed decisions, reduce risk, and manage their fleets more efficiently.
Engaging with the Community & Sharing Knowledge
LinkedIn Community Growth: Our LinkedIn community has grown to over 1,800 followers. Thank you to everyone who interacts with our updates, shares insights, and engages in discussions about the fleet and rental industry.
Thought Leadership and Insights: Throughout 2025, we published articles addressing key industry challenges — from fleet optimisation to customer experience in rental. Our goal is always to share knowledge, provide solutions, and support clients in navigating an evolving landscape.
