At the core of Prohire Companion is the concept of a “Job,” which comprises a set of tasks that must be completed in a specific order. These Job Templates provide clarity and structure, leaving no room for confusion or oversight.
Individuals with the appropriate role can easily generate Jobs using Prohire itself or, to some extent, through Prohire Companion. For example, front desk teams can handle tasks like “Prepare a Vehicle for Hire,” “Vehicle Handover Check,” and “Digital Rental Agreement.” Meanwhile, your yard team might create Jobs to “Return a Vehicle” first thing in the morning, and cleaners could initiate tasks to clean vehicles before renting them out.
Jobs are assigned to specific individuals or a Job pool, accessible to team members with the relevant role. This enables seamless task allocation to managers, such as cleaning team supervisors, delivery drivers, or workshop managers for their engineers. Once a person receives a Job, all relevant data, including existing vehicle damage and associated photos, is downloaded to their mobile device, even in offline mode. The Job can be executed efficiently, and upon completion, the results are seamlessly uploaded to Prohire when the device reconnects to the internet.
